Vagrant died in front of CDC

Phnom Penh: A vagrant was found dead in front of CDC along Preah Sisowat Boulevard in Sras Chok commune, Don Penh district at 15:30mn on 25, July 2007. The dead was known as Ta Skov, 35, without house and had a chronic illness. He didn’t have enough money to buy medicine and begged for money everyday. But then on 25, July, this vagrant had died during his sleeping, after getting this information, the police checked and sent the dead to pagoda to cremate
