Vehicle Stealer Detained in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: Wat Phnom commune police on Wednesday arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of stealing a motorbike at around 8:10 pm. Police said that suspect Brak Sitha stole the motor cycle in front of a restaurant. However, he was apprehended shortly after that. Police returned the motor bike to its owner and put the accused stealer in custody of Daun Penh district police for questioning. DAP News
