VN men Kill Khmer visitor

Phnom Penh: The body of a Khmer victim was found two days after he was attacked on Monday last week to death in Tai Ninh province At least 11Vietnamese men were arrested one after another by Vietnamese police after they were accused of killing the 21-year-old Khmer man in Tai Ninh province. Brother of the deceased man said that the Vietnamese men hi them with iron and wooden sticks when they were on foot to visit a mountain in the province. Khmer border police said that the attacking was not involved in rancor or robbery. The Vietnamese men were boozy.
