Water resource regulation must be quickly taken

Phnom Penh: The 3rd committee of senate had already checked the water resource management regulation on 1st June. This regulation consists of 11 chapters, 41 articles which recieved 87 supports out of 89. There is a serious land, lake, and river grabbing before but Ministry of Water Resource and Meteorology took no action. The regulation is created to have an effective and permanent water resource management.
