When the Meeting in Progress, Thai Troops Move forward

Phnom Penh: While Cambodian and Thai Foreign Affairs Minister were talking to find the resolution of border dispute between the two countries in Phnom Penh City, Thai black uniform troops invaded Khmer territory at Veal Intry and stationed there about 30 meters from each other. This we could consider it as Thai trick. The meeting did not produce any agreement. Foreign affair minister Hor Namhong said that if the two side talks did not get success, UN Security Council would solve the problem.
