Kampong Chhang Province: During the last few months, killing crimes were occurred in Bore Bo village that the police could not accomplish these crimes even found a clue. Nearly five attacks were happened in this village, but the police could not do anything toward the criminals. Public opinion blamed these failures due to the shortage ability of the police. Then came a question toward the police officer, are the criminals strong or the authority weak?
