Wild Father Rapes Two Ex-husband’s Daughters

Kampong Cham province: A wild man named Nhor Tue-32 years old, the worker at a rubber-recycling factory in Dha village, Dha commune, Memut district was charged with committing rape on 2 step daughters that one is 11 years old and another is 14 years old. The perpetrator was arrested and sent to provincial court the next day.Memut district’s police said that the rape happened at 20:00p.m on 13-March-07 on the perpetrator’s house as his step wife took 3-year-old daughter to provincial hospital. The wild father raped the older step sister and was known by her 9-year-old brother. On the next day, 14-March, the boy informed neighbors and was heard by the victim’ mother and after she filed the complaint to commune administrative police. The wild man confessed that he had raped the victim 4 times and her 11-year-old younger sister 2 times.
