Woman Attacks her Husband with Acid

Kampongcham Province: The jealousy forced a woman attacked her husband with acid at around 9 p.m. on Friday at their house in Boeng Basak village, Som Bomeas commune, Kampongcham district. The acid victim known as Phun Sophy, 23, is an ice-cream seller. At the night of the incident, he and his wife had argument after he came from selling ice-cream. They did not talk to each other. Then his wife threw the acid on him while he was sleeping on a hammock. Fortunately, that acid was not so strong that he was just slightly injured on his face. According to local police the woman was jealous her husband with another construction work girl. The man said that he used to love the girl, but they did not have any relationship now.
