Worker Accused of Raping Handicap

Pursat Province: Su Rom, 30, was arrested on Wednesday morning when he was attempting to escape after one day of raping a handicap woman at 12:10 a.m. in the victim’s home in Steng Thmey village, Veal Veng district’s Bror Mouy commune. The woman lives with her kids and her husband was not home in that time. In front of police, the accused confessed that he that night he was drunk and when walking back home he wanted to have sex. So he went to the victim’s house. He said that he had love relationship with the woman when her husband was out. However, the man was detained a prison on Thursday.
